In 2017, the city of Praia in Cape Verde hosted the 1st edition of Morabeza — Book Festival, where Cape Verdean culture was celebrated. Various initiatives took place during this period, including panel discussions, book launches, readings, poetry performances, training sessions, school and university visits, and a book fair, all with the backdrop of "morabeza," the characteristic way of being and living of Cape Verdeans.

Loop Studio was responsible for the daily production for RTP África of a series of 20-minute programs, recorded and edited in Praia, Cape Verde, and sent daily for broadcasting on RTP in Lisbon.
