Every year, around December 21st, the northern hemisphere enters the coldest season due to the Winter Solstice, which marks the shortest day of the year. This astronomical phenomenon inspired the creation of a festival that celebrates short-format cinema: The Shortest Day.
The shortest day of the year is also the longest night. It's a night of celebration of short films, where across the country, hundreds of people await the end of the day to enjoy a night of cinema.
